Fiat E-Ulysse
Charging cable
The E-Ulysse is single-phase 7.4kW as standard. If you specified the optional 11kW three-phase charger, you need the 22kW cable to use it.
Full AC charging speed for your car.
Why this fits your E-Ulysse+−
The Fiat E-Ulysse has a Type 2 inlet and a single-phase 7.4kW onboard charger. A 7.4kW cable already delivers its full AC speed. The 22kW option only helps if your next car charges faster.
Which Fiat E-Ulysse versions does it fit?+
This cable fits every Fiat E-Ulysse, because they all share the same Type 2 charging inlet. That includes:
- Fiat E-Ulysse L2.50kWh
- Fiat E-Ulysse L2.75kWh
- Fiat E-Ulysse L3.50kWh
- Fiat E-Ulysse L3.75kWh
Whichever E-Ulysse trim you drive, it is the same cable, so you can order with confidence.

How long does it take?
Charging
the Fiat E-Ulysse.
The Fiat E-Ulysse is an all-electric MPV built on the same Stellantis platform as the Citroen e-SpaceTourer and Peugeot e-Traveller, available from 2022 in two body lengths and two battery sizes. The L2 and L3 wheelbases each come with either a 50kWh or 75kWh battery, giving a choice of range to suit different family or minibus use cases. All versions charge through a Type 2 AC inlet and support DC rapid charging at up to 100kW via a CCS connector.
For charging at a wallbox or public AC point, the cable you need is a Type 2 to Type 2 lead. The E-Ulysse's standard onboard charger is rated at 7.4kW on a single phase, with an optional 11kW three-phase upgrade. DC rapid charging uses the charger's own tethered cable at the rapid charge station.
Battery size, not body length, is what affects charge time. The 50kWh fills roughly three hours faster than the 75kWh on the same wallbox. Rapid (DC) times are for a 10 to 80% charge, the way manufacturers quote them. Real-world charging varies with temperature, battery state and the charger itself.
7.4 kW or 22 kW?
Which cable does
the E-Ulysse need?
The standard E-Ulysse has a 7.4kW single-phase onboard charger. UK homes are single-phase, so a 7.4kW Type 2 to Type 2 cable delivers the full home charging speed for both battery sizes. The 50kWh pack fills in under seven hours, and the 75kWh in around ten hours, both comfortably within an overnight window. For most owners, a 7.4kW cable is the right choice without needing to look further.
The optional 11kW three-phase charger becomes useful at depot charging points with three-phase infrastructure, or at 22kW public AC chargers, where the E-Ulysse will draw 11kW. On a single-phase home supply it still charges at 7.4kW. A 22kW-rated cable is worth specifying if you have the three-phase charger option and regularly connect to compatible three-phase points; otherwise the 7.4kW cable covers all home and most public AC charging needs.
What does it cost to charge?
Filling the 75kWh battery from empty costs roughly £6 on an off-peak EV tariff of around 7.5p per kWh, or around £20 at a standard rate of around 27p per kWh. The 50kWh version costs around £4 or £14 respectively. As a people carrier often used for school runs and family trips rather than high daily mileage, overnight home charging is straightforward and keeps running costs very competitive. Check current tariff rates.

Fiat E-Ulysse FAQs
Good
questions.
Still not sure? Our team will confirm the right cable for your vehicle.
Contact usWhat length charging cable should I get?+−
5m suits most home and public charge points. Choose 7.5m or 10m if the charge point is far from your car's charging port or you park on the far side of a bay.
What charging cable does the Fiat E-Ulysse need?+−
A Type 2 to Type 2 cable for home wallboxes and public AC chargers. The standard E-Ulysse charges at 7.4kW on a single phase, so a 7.4kW cable is the right starting point. If you have the optional 11kW three-phase charger and access to three-phase charge points, a 22kW-rated cable lets you take the full 11kW.
What is the difference between the 50kWh and 75kWh Fiat E-Ulysse?+−
The 50kWh battery provides a shorter range, suited to regular short trips with nightly home charging. The 75kWh battery extends the range for longer family journeys or minibus use. Both share the same Type 2 AC inlet and CCS DC port, so the cable choice is the same either way.
Can the Fiat E-Ulysse charge at 22kW?+−
No. The standard onboard charger is rated at 7.4kW on a single phase. The optional upgrade reaches 11kW on three phases. A 22kW charger cannot push more than 11kW into the E-Ulysse, and on a standard single-phase home supply it caps at 7.4kW regardless of cable rating.
How long does the Fiat E-Ulysse take to charge overnight?+−
On a 7.4kW home wallbox, the 50kWh battery fills from empty in under seven hours and the 75kWh takes around ten hours. Both fit within an overnight charge. With the optional 11kW three-phase charger on a suitable supply, times drop to around five and seven hours respectively.
